Role Overview

Associate Director (Building Surveying) – UK team (Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester). Senior leadership role responsible for delivering a diverse mix of building surveying services across commercial, industrial, and public‑sector assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams such as large‑scale condition surveys and fire‑safety remediation programmes.
• Prepare and review specifications, tender documentation and design information.
• Produce high‑quality technical reports including condition surveys, options appraisals, heritage statements, due‑diligence outputs, and RIBA Stage 2/3 contributions.
• Apply knowledge of current UK construction requirements and health and safety legislation to ensure technical integrity.
• Survey the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects and recommend repair solutions.
