Chartered Building Surveyors / dilapidations / nationwide / fully hybrid

Our client is a RICS regulated commercial building surveying practice created to provide landlords and occupiers with the very best independent, specialist building surveying advice and services based on many decades of experience and a detailed understanding of dilapidations.


We are seeking Chartered MRICS Building Surveyors with a passion and expertise in dilapidations. This is a unique opportunity to have a 60% return on your fees after admin costs and work in a fully hybrid environment with a competitive basic salary. 


You will be a Chartered MRICS Building Surveyor and passionate about dilapidations and experience in the following:

  • Extensive experience in commercial dilapidations law, case law, and building construction.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate settlements on complex commercial portfolios.
