We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services. You will provide accurate information, support reservations, and ensure a seamless experience for travelers.



Key Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

-Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, schedules, and promotions

-Assist customers with flight, hotel, or package reservations

-Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently

-Document all customer interactions and updates in the system

-Escalate complex travel-related issues to supervisors when needed

-Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
