We are hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide product and pricing information
  • Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training

  • Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on retail systems and processes

Requirements

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Strong English communication
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
