Working Hours: Full time – 1769 hours annually

About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cheese Supervisor at CCC. This role involves overseeing the cheese‑making process, supervising a team of operators, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food production, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the computer‑controlled cheese‑making plant
• Adjust production parameters to meet quality and yield targets
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene procedures
