Chef - ARG Workforce

We are looking for experienced chefs and cooks for our clients in Newtown, Toowoomba QLD. These positions are full time, $70,000 -$85,000 a year salary + Superannuation depending on experience and the position.

In this hands on roles, the chosen candidates must:

• Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible
• Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelines
• Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service
• Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met
• Able to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigade

To be successful for this role you will possess the following:
