Job Description

New opportunity for an experienced Chef de Cuisine specialised in Persian cuisine to join the culinary leadership team of this luxury hotel based in Jeddah.

About:

  • Culinary leadership & direction of the authentic Persian restaurant
  • Menu planning, development, & implementation
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality & presentation
  • Manage & train kitchen staff, fostering a positive & productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety & sanitation regulations

  • What you’ll need:


  • Previous experience as Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef in top-end Persian restaurants
  • Strong leadership & kitchen management skills
  • Top-end or fine dining Persian cuisine specialist
  • Middle Eastern experience advantageous

  • Salary Package: SAR 15000 (negotiable) + expat benefits (housing, transport, medical, visa, flights)
