Manage the Benjarong kitchen to produce consistently authentic, Thai‑inspired cuisine of excellent quality. Lead a specialized team to uphold the “Benjarong” legacy—balancing traditional Thai flavors with modern presentation—while strictly adhering to Dusit’s high standards for food safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence : Prepare and ensure the delivery of authentic Thai flavors and presentation standards. Personally test food for seasoning, texture, and freshness to ensure every dish meets the Benjarong signature.
- Operational Leadership : Under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef, direct the daily operations of the Benjarong kitchen to promote a seamless guest experience.
- Inventory & Mis‑en‑Place : Oversee the sourcing and preparation of specialized Thai ingredients. Ensure all herbs, spices, and pastes are well‑stocked and meet qualit...
