Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Support junior chefs and contribute to positive team development
• Maintain strong control over stock, ordering, and waste reduction
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Contribute fresh ideas to menu development and daily specials
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and operating smoothly throughout service
