5* Boutique Beach Hotel in Ballito is looking for a professional and experienced Chef de Partie.
The Chef de Partie is required to handle kitchen duties allocated by the Senior Chefs.
Duties:
Ensure our Brand standards are always upheld.
Optimize our brand through your culinary skills
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of the highest quality
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating food cost effectively and on an ongoing basis.
Operate and maintain all department equipment.
Menu adherence and production of the menus set out.
Safe hygiene & Safety practices in the kitchen.
Strong attention to detail
Keep up to date with international culinary trends.
