Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team in UCD.

You will work under an amazing Head Chef that has team training at the heart of what he does.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• Haccp trained
• Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
• Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
• Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
• Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
• 2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
• Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
