**Your day-to-day**

+ Our Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen on shift, maintaining hygienic standards and practices, training more junior kitchen colleagues, preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer’s expectations.

+ You will strive for continued food excellence and financial success for the department. You have a genuine passion for food and creating exceptional cuisine.

+ You will assist in creating a smooth kitchen operation that adheres to local health, safety and HACCP compliance.

+ The successful candidate will be based in our Koomo kitchen.
