Experience - Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant. Knowledge of Thai cuisine is preferred, but not essential

JKS Restaurants and Plaza Khao Gaeng are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their new kitchen in Covent Garden. The successful candidate will have a passion for Asian and/or Thai cuisine and have previous experience as a Chef de Partie.

The Restaurant

Khao gaeng broadly means ‘curry over rice’. Plaza Khao Gaeng is a Southern Thai restaurant, a celebration of the coast to jungle cuisine.
