Chef de Partie

Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced and passionate Chef de Parties to join the kitchen teams at hotels/ spa in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled chefs looking to progress their hospitality career within a professional hotel environment.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own kitchen section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering high-quality food service across restaurant dining, breakfast service, banqueting, and events. You will play a key role in maintaining kitchen standards and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
• Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section
• Support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs
• Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation
