    Project managers are responsible for the planning and implementation of island restoration projects, in line with Island Conservation's mission. They ensure internal project coordination and work closely with partners, stakeholders, and IC staff to achieve set objectives. Effective project management at IC requires:

  • technical skills in project management budgeting, fundraising, planning, scope definition and management, risk management, contract and cooperation agreement management, and decision-making)
