The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking a Chef de Rang - Canton Blue to work within our Cantonese Restaurant overseeing a team of F&B Attendants and reporting to the Assistant Managers and Supervisors. On the ground floor, Canton Blue, the hotel’s innovative Cantonese restaurant, will celebrate the spice-trade union of Asian and British cultures with menus of creative dishes, along with cocktails, and artisanal teas.
This position will have a great passion for service and be able to translate this into a special guest experience.
