Job Description
Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for both a SOUS CHEF and CHEF DE PARTIE to join our client for the season (June - October). This venue is a busy Hotel in the beautiful Scottish Countryside which is located approx1 hour from Glasgow/Edinburgh.
Due to the remote location, applicants must be able to live within the Hotel during the season.
Sous Chef: £18 p/h
CDP: £16.25 p/h
Skills / Experience
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or CDP
- Attention to detail with a focus on excellent guest experience
- Reliable, organised and flexible with shifts
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Positive attitude
Whilst living within the Hotel, a weekly fee of £70 is due which covers :-
