Chef De Partie - Manchester

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Tandoor or curry dishes and maintain marinades.
- Support the kitchen pass, receive orders and promote first‑class food waste practices.
- Operate a Tandoor oven and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Wear chef whites and required kitchen safety shoes.
Compensation
£37,500 per year inclusive of tronc, paid monthly.
Shift & Hours
All day dining café – work a variety of daytime and evening shifts (not always late nights).
