Be part of something new and premium at Cairns Domestic Terminal. Compass Group Australia is launching a luxury airport lounge, and we’re looking for passionate Chefs to deliver first-class dining to travellers on the move.

You’ll bring your skills to a high-end kitchen crafting buffet and à la carte dishes with premium ingredients — all while maintaining the highest standards in food safety, hygiene, and presentation. You'll also play a key role in supporting sustainable, efficient kitchen operations.

What You’ll Need
Cert III in Commercial Cookery + Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
