Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential new clients in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for plastics products, including client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct regular visits to all clients in the assigned portfolio to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to plan and conduct on-site product trials at client factories.
  • Attend factory trials to explain product usage and ensure proper application procedures.
  • Prepare and present customized offers based on client needs and market conditions.
  • Negotiate prices, terms of payment, and delivery schedules with customers in coordination with the sales manager.
