Job Title: Chemist / Sr. Chemist – R&D (API)

Job Summary

Responsible for development and optimization of synthetic processes for APIs and intermediates, including lab experimentation, scale-up, and technology transfer in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize synthetic routes for APIs


• Execute multi-step organic synthesis and lab scale experiments


• Conduct lab experiments and purification processes


• Support pilot plant batches and scale-up activities


• Maintain documentation as per Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) / Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)


• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• M.Sc. Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. for Sr. Chemist preferred)
