Job Description

Operational Vision

  • Define the operational vision and translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
  • Assist CHH Principals in the design of scalable systems and processes for manufacturing, logistics, customer experience, after-sales quality/satisfaction.

Project Management

  • Own the overall operational project roadmap; structure, prioritize, and track all major initiatives.
  • Set timelines, milestones, quality/risk assessments, vendor onboarding and other process rollouts, and technology implementations.
  • Oversee the Operations Associate’s project management systems and execution of task-level workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Assist CHH Principals in the selection of manufacturers, logistics providers, warehouse/3PL partners, material suppliers, and packaging vendors.
