Job Description

We are looking for a highly passionate and personable individual responsible for curating exceptional guest experiences through deep destination expertise, strong industry networks, and the development of a highly motivated and service-driven team.


Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee day-to-day Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, Parking, and Airport operations, ensuring consistent delivery of seamless, anticipatory, and personalized luxury service aligned with Peninsula Service Principles.

  • Manage departmental payroll, staffing levels, and operating expenses in accordance with budget. Oversee Transportation P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.

  • Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring effective and elevated service recovery that not only resolves concerns but enhances overall guest perception and loyalty.
