About the Role

The CEO will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion while ensuring successful delivery of high-value, mission‑critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy for Austria
• Lead and oversee large-scale construction and datacentre operations
• Drive business development and market expansion within Brazil and the wider European region
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing leadership team (Project Directors, COO, Commercial Leads)
• Ensure successful delivery of high-value projects (€100M–€1B+)
