Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Execution : Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team to help define and drive the company's growth strategy. Lead long‑range financial planning, capital allocation, and scenario modeling to guide key business decisions. Partner with the CEO and Board to prepare for future liquidity events, including M&A, roll‑ups, or secondary recapitalizations.
