Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall finance and accounting operations of the Group
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
- Ensure effective treasury management and sufficient liquidity for business operations
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Prepare and present financial reports, business analysis, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management
- Oversee audit, tax, compliance, risk management, and internal control functions
- Support business expansion, corporate finance exercises, and investment evaluation
