Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the overall finance and accounting operations of the Group
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
  • Ensure effective treasury management and sufficient liquidity for business operations
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
  • Prepare and present financial reports, business analysis, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management
  • Oversee audit, tax, compliance, risk management, and internal control functions
  • Support business expansion, corporate finance exercises, and investment evaluation
