Job Description
- For multinational based in the city of São Paulo.
- Reporting to the CEO;
- Responsible for People Management, Sustainability and Communication;
- Focused on organizational transformation. Experience in Change Management;
- Strong experience in organizational development, climate and culture management, integration, leadership development by competencies, retention and succession;
- Experience in Compensation and Benefit negotiation along with Health Plan, Life Insurance, Private Pension providers
- Management of Diversity and Inclusion Committees, DPO (Code of Ethics), Compliance, Risks and LGPD;
- Monitor new actions in terms of sustainability, social and governance acting as a link between the business areas to implement them locally, with a focus on social engagement and the company's reputation;
- Graduation in Law, Psychology, Administration - post graduation in HR Management;
- Fluent English and Spanish.
