Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including project delivery, field operations (vessel dispatch, robotic deployment), and resource allocation.
- Lead operational scale-up, establishing processes and governance for a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary team.
- Champion operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) and project-based delivery models.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, commercial, and field service teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience : Minimum 8-10 years in operations leadership roles, preferably in robotics, AI, maritime, or technology-driven service industries.
Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in scaling operations at a startup or high-growth company.
