Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead architectural decisions across platforms, systems, and data infrastructure
- Own and oversee data engineering strategy, including pipelines, analytics, and scalability
- Partner closely with business and commercial stakeholders to align technology with outcomes
- Ensure platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and performance-optimized
- Lead, mentor, and grow senior engineering and technical leadership teams
- Oversee technology delivery, timelines, and technical risk management
- Support executive-level decision-making from both a technical and commercial perspective
