Apex Pre‑School are looking for a Nursery Assistant Apprentice

As a Nursery Assistant Apprentice, you will be studying toward your Early Years Educator Level 3 while working with children aged 2‑5 years old in a term‑time only Pre‑School setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet children’s individual needs; promote positive relationships with children and develop friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
• Be a positive, practical role model, supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and following safeguarding procedures.
• Depending on your level of qualification, carry out a range of interactive tasks: setting up activities, reading stories, playing games, helping at meal times, assisting with nappy changing and toileting, joining in play and creative activities.
