About this job JOB ROLE: Children’s Activity Based Support Worker – based in Maer, ST5. You will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence, as the role is based in a residential activity centre where you will reside overnight during your four working days to provide consistent support to young people. 
SHIFT PATTERNS:  39 hours per week – 4 consecutive days on, 7 days off, followed by 3 consecutive days on, 7 days off. The role requires sleep‑ins during the 4‑day block.
