Children's Support Worker The closing date is 30 June 2026  
We are recruiting a part‑time Children's Support Worker to be a core member of the Children's Home‑Based Short Breaks team at Capital House. The role involves delivering both clinical and non‑clinical care to patients and supporting them with self‑care and independence. 
Main duties 3‑hour play‑based sessions delivered within the home and community setting to infants and pre‑school children 
Basic observation 
Personal care 
Enteral feeding 
Catheter care 
Mouth care 
Stoma care 
Shunt care 
Oxygen and suction care 
Seizure management 
Pressure area care 
Supporting with physiotherapy exercises 
Supporting with speech and language plans 
Supporting fluid and nutrition
