Job Description
The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic Chinese dishes, possess deep knowledge of traditional ingredients and cooking methods, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food presentation. The Chinese Cook will be responsible for creating flavorful and visually appealing meals that represent the richness of Chinese cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional and modern Chinese dishes.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all food served.
- Assist in the planning and updating of Chinese menu items, specials, and seasonal dishes.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed for Chinese-specific ingredients.
- Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and labeling to minimize waste and maintain food safety.
