Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for ChromeOS devices and Chrome Browser-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues impacting end users.
  • Troubleshoot RTC (Real-Time Communication) issues across Google Meet, Chat, and Voice platforms.
  • Identify and isolate device-side and network-side issues affecting communication services.
  • Support Android device management, enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
