Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for ChromeOS devices and Chrome Browser-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues impacting end users.
- Troubleshoot RTC (Real-Time Communication) issues across Google Meet, Chat, and Voice platforms.
- Identify and isolate device-side and network-side issues affecting communication services.
- Support Android device management, enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Investigate network connectivity issues using TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting techniques.
