Chrome River And T&E Administrator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Chrome River shared mailboxes for US/CA
- Provide guidance to the Chrome River EMEA-LATAM-APAC teams.
- Support the Service Now queue for Chrome River new user access requests, Chrome River terminated user requests, and Chrome River incident tickets for US/CA
- Support the Chrome River HR Person Feed to ensure Chrome River profiles are created with accurate costing and supplier data for US/CA
- Review and approve or re-assign Chrome River Pre-Approval reports for US/CA
- Review the Chrome River Failed Transaction queue for Citibank transactions and re-assign to correct US/CA users.
- Create Chrome River final expense reports for US/CA terminated employees that have pending Citibank transactions.
- Meet with AP team to discuss any issues/questions on the approval process of Chrome River expense reports for US/CA
- Update the Chrome River Quick Reference and User's Guides
