Coordinate continuous improvement teams to achieve their objectives and goals
- Coordinate weekly meetings of department managers to monitor improvement
- Lead and ensure compliance with the plant's ideas program
- Coordinate and ensure that all metric boards are updated by the various managers
- Provide induction training to new hires on continuous improvement
