Individually conducts and interprets Pharmaceutical Product R&D experiments according to preset framework (protocols, procedures, etc.) to support development programs.
Supports experimental studies such as, but not limited to, in pre-formulation, product characterization, formulation, process and analytical development.
Conducts precise measurement and data recording with a variety of standard and/or complex technologies.
Generates scientific data according to the appropriate quality and compliance standards.
Prepares documents and technical reports, manuscripts and other documents that record data or results.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
