Client of Alpha Data Recruitment is looking for an experienced L2 L3 Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi to provide operational and technical support in Cisco video conferencing environments.
The ideal candidate must maintain and optimize the video conferencing infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, and manage Cisco collaboration platforms such as CUCM, Webex, and TMS. Strong experience with video conferencing solutions and knowledge of relevant protocols are essential.
