About this opportunity

On behalf of our client, we’re seeking an experienced Cisco Unified Communications Support Specialist to support and maintain enterprise Cisco voice infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco IP telephony deployments, user administration, device configuration, and troubleshooting support activities.
