This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility in how you manage your schedule. You'll have the opportunity to work from both home and the office, with the freedom to structure your time in a way that supports productivity and work‑life balance. To make the most of this flexibility, the successful candidate must relocate to the Nanaimo or Victoria area, as regular on‑site presence is essential—especially in the early stages of the role. Being close to one of our offices will allow you to build strong relationships, get hands‑on with our systems, and fully immerse yourself in the Hazelwood way of doing business.
