Job Specification
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a 40-storey residential building
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Create and manage resource-loaded plans with accurate material and manpower allocations
- Generate and analyze S-curves for effective tracking of project resources and materials
- Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and structural standards
- Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers
- Monitor progress and report on timelines, costs, and resource utilization
