Key Responsibilities Design Coordination: Review and align architectural drawings with structural and civil specifications, resolving discrepancies before construction. Site Supervision: Supervise site progress to ensure work complies with approved drawings, materials, and authority requirements. BIM & Technical Support: Use BIM software to coordinate complex details and prepare method statements. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to manage, schedule, and resolve technical issues. Documentation & Quality: Manage material submissions, mock-ups, and shop drawing approvals.
