  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in resolving recovery of claims and ensure that the recovery target is met
  • Contact and engage with our policyholders on daily basis to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party
  • Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to proceed with the claim recovery process
  • Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial representatives
  • Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of calls activities and outcomes
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
