The elimination or reduction of Cargo Claims during land transportation is a critical measure of satisfaction for all Shippers, Carriers and Consigees. Whether stated as a ratio or frequency, cargo claims is a key performance indicator for selection of both the transportation mode and carrier. Premium freight service in all industries and with all stake holders. Charger Logistics will provide a forum for sharing Best Practices, SOP's and Examination of all national and international Claims.
