Job Description

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • You’ll provide pro-active and comprehensive claims assessment and management services for a defined account portfolio, and checking liability with your authority level
  • Assessing and triaging Group Protection claims, deciding what medical evidence to obtain in line with the Company’s philosophies
  • Providing a comprehensive assessment of Group Protection claims and determining liability, while meeting the expectations of their clients and stakeholders
  • Cultivating effective relationships with IFA’s and Policyholders (employers), to maximise the effectiveness of their benefit management processes, including the provision of support for the portfolio management of defined schemes
