Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the operation of automobile accidents.
Generate indicators of quality and staff productivity.
Periodically present the monthly reports that are requested.
Anticipate potential problems to propose improvements in processes and technological tools.
Primary Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities- Implement the strategy to reach consistently the department's performance indexes: approval time, average repair cost, etc. (20%)
- Direct the team's activities to achieve the goals, perform as a coach for the team development, contribute to the development of team performance through continuous follow-up and individual feedback based on performance indicators, participate in monthly meetings of the operations team considering goals achieved, goals to be achieved and possible improvements.
