Claims Data Technician

An interesting new claims role has arisen working for a highly regarded international insurance company in their Birmingham office as Claims Data Technician focusing on their claims bordereaux starting 12 month contract which will become permanent in dependant on performance.

As Claims Data Technician you will play a key part in the overall operation coordinating the day to day relationship with TPA’s and clients within claims authority to ensure that claims bordereaux issues are escalated and dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion. This will be via telephone email and also face to face.
You will manage the claims administrative and agreement processes related to the delegated authority of the claims handling services.
It will be within your remit to consistently manage these processes and assist with identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency through process improvement and automation.
