Job Description

As a Claims Handler, you will manage end-to-end claims processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling, investigation, and resolution. You will collaborate with TPA, surveyors, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver proactive claims services while maintaining compliance with global guidelines and regulatory standards. 
Key Responsibilities  
Analyze, investigate, and manage property damage claims by gathering relevant information to determine exposure, ensuring proactive and cost‑effective claim resolution through well‑developed action plans. 
Assess claim exposure and resolve claims within established authority levels. Maintain diaries and complete tasks within required timeframes in line with departmental guidelines, ensuring timely, accurate, and well‑documented claim files with clear analysis of coverage, damages, reserves, and liability, supported by defined resolution strategies.
