Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Claims Inspector. This role is responsible for inspecting, assessing, and processing warranty claims, ensuring all assessments are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive experience and a strong technical understanding of vehicle components and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and assess warranty claims in line with company procedures
Accurately process claims within agreed timescales
Prepare detailed technical rejection reports to a high standard and within required deadlines
Identify, investigate, and report product-related technical issues where necessary
Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders regarding warranty matters
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims processSkills & Experience Required
