Job Description

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with Antares due diligence process
  • To be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAs
  • Assist the Company Claims Adjusters with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs to be appointed by the Company
  • Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes
  • Qualifications required:

  • Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essential
  • Experience required:

  • Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims
  • Familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements preferred but not essential
  • Claims experience, with a preference for knowledge of delegated claims practices
